Ch4 and join with a sl st.

Round 2: Ch2, dc in next st, fpdc around same dc in previous round, *[ 1dc, 1fpdc], to end, sl st to top of 1st dc (20)
Round 3: Ch2, dc in next 2 sts, fpdc around same dc in previous round, *[ 1dc in each of next 2 sts, 1fpdc], to end, sl st to top of 1st dc (30)
Round 4: Ch2, dc in next 3 sts, fpdc around same dc in previous round, *[ 1dc in each of next 3 sts, 1fpdc], to end, sl st to top of 1st dc (40)
